Do you have a custom cake price list?
All of our cakes are designed specifically for each customers individual requirements. As a result, all cakes are quoted individually and prices will vary dependent upon:
-
the size of the cake
-
the number of tiers
-
the intricacy of the design
-
whether collection or delivery is required

Can you 'copy' a design I like?
Due to copyright we CANNOT replicate another bakers cake. We welcome you sending us inspiration pictures of designs you like, however we will then use them as exactly that - inspiration to create a design unique to yourself.

Do you cater for dietary requirements?
Unfortunately we are unable to cater for any food allergies or intolerances. We work in a kitchen that handles all 14 allergens and whilst we take every precaution to avoid cross contamination, we cannot guarantee any of our products are allergen free.

How much notice do you require?
Orders are booked in subject to availability, our order book is open 3 months in advance so we advise booking and paying your deposit fee as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

We can often accommodate orders with a few days notice, however last minute orders will incur a surcharge.

Do you require a deposit payment?
Yes, orders are not confirmed until a deposit has been received. Once a quote has been provided, the space will be held for 48 hours. If a deposit has not been received within 48 hours the date will be released and you will need to enquire as to whether the date is still available.

When is the balance payment of my order due?
Your balance payment is due a week before collection. Once your balance payment has been received, collection, transportation, storage and serving information will be sent to you.

What is your cancellation policy?
Deposits are non-refundable. Re-scheduling will be allowed (subject to availability) up to 2 weeks before your collection date. This will however incur an administration charge of £10. Within 2 weeks of your collection, re-scheduling will not be allowed and NO refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations.

This is important in terms of portion sizes, as these will often establish the size of the cake you require. Birthday cakes are generally served as dessert portions, whilst finger slices are usually served at weddings and corporate events.

2. The number of servings required
If you plan to serve your cake as the main dessert, we recommend opting for a larger cake so you can serve larger portions. However if your cake is being served alongside other desserts, you could select a smaller cake.

3. Foam tiers / faux cakes
We do not provide foam tiers as we cannot always create the required design on this material.

Once full payment has been received for your order we will send you our detailed care guide for your product which provides information on transportation, storage and serving.
